We had a real tree that dried out super fast despite daily watering and I decided to purchase an unlit artificial tree so I could change up the lights from year to you. I have been looking for a new fibre optic tree for a long time. This one has lots of branches and a ton of fibre optics. I have 2 issues with it, however. The fibre optics are not attached to the branches, so you need to spread them out like you do the branches, otherwise they are clumped together, and there are lots of them! The second issue is that after it is on awhile I noticed that the color changing seemed to be mostly blue and green, and very little red or other colors. Kind of odd. I will not be storing it in the original box, as it was very, very skinny. I would prefer storing it fluffed out. I also bought a stand that rotated it very slowly. Great little tree and does what we need it to. Wanted to keep the decor minimal this year as our 3 year old loves messing with our regular flocked tree. Love that this doesn’t take up us much space and we can easily move it if we need to put it away for safety reasons. The only cons are 1) the “frosted tips” come off very easily and so we still had clean up in the beginning but it’s basically all gone nowoff the branches so that was a little disappointing. 2) the branches can’t hold heavy ornaments which is fine but was hoping it would hold its shape a little bit more..
