I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. The extra width and arm rests are not only more comfortable, but when I injured my leg -- the arm rests enable me to lower myself into the tub. Beautiful, easy to install product that arrived undamaged, despite the long trek to Hawaii. Wayfair has AMAZING customer service, and they often deliver faster than their predicted arrival time. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. This delivery went without a hitch, surprisingly if you consider the size and weight of this tub. I’m hoping the delivery of an 84” vanity I hope to be ordering soon from Wayfair will go as well.. We bought this tub and had to remodel and customize our space for it because of how our setup was before. I am 54 and 150lbs so this size tub is perfect for me. My husband however, is 6 and 240lbs and he fits very snug in here. We wanted this tub mostly for him because of his aggressive job stress on his body, but it is a bit too snug for him. He did sit in it for a bit, but just wanted to clarify that it is pretty narrow for a muscular bulky guy. It is very lightweight so we need to be very careful when we get out so we dont tilt it over. The faucets have great pressure and so do the jets. If I could change any thing it would be for it to be a bit quieter and for them to offer the faucets in other colors.
