Just as was the case with the green stone's tiles mirror, this item was packed the same way. A smaller box with the product inside a larger box that had nothing to keep it secured from moving around inside. The fate of this one was worse. The outer box was basically destroyed by FedEx and ripped open. The inner box containing the product was damaged and so too was the product. The mirror was broken in half and came off of the metal frame. Needless to say, I requested a replacement, but it is on me to send back a shattered mirror and frame. Otherwise, you are charged for the replacement item. ** Update, I received the replacement item and it survived shipping and intact!
