Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged. I love this HOT TUB. Easy set up with 2 people. It seems sturdy enough. Once inflated the sides are firm with rigid inserts(not seen) to hold the weight of the water. It heats up well overnight to 105•. It is my knee therapy after surgery. It is oval and pretty blue, big enough for 2 people comfortably. When sitting inside the water level is up to my shoulders.
