Good quality and easy to work with. Can be cut with a utility knife. Compared with the photo, it's more brown/tan with less red oak overtones than in the photos. It doesn't look bad, just not what I envisioned based on the photos. I had wanted something a little bit more on the warm side. Not 100% thrilled, but I was able to install it myself and it is nice-looking flooring, reasonably realistic and not too plastic-y. Edited to say: the photos are of the Orchard Orange color (as you can see, it's not very orange). I liked the quality and ease of working with the product, so I re-purchased the other color - Blossom Light Beige - for a different room. Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan.
