I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This dryer is super quiet. It works really fast too. It could dry a lot of clothes at once.
