I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong.
