Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. I have a GIANT headboard and with my mattress and boxspring the outlet behind my bed is really hard to get to. I bought this to try it out to figure out a convenient solution and it’s made it so much easier. I don’t have to have to struggle fitting my whole hand back there to adjust plugs, I just push a button on the interface and it cuts everything back on. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
