This is such a beautiful purple apple! It is large and shiny and reminds me of Snow White except it’s purple! You can see that it fits in the palm of your hand. I love this one and the pear which is a shade of purple. I will use them for decorations. It’s made of a type of ceramic with a paint glaze over it and a brown plastic stem coming out of the top. I am thinking of placing it on my book shelf in the family room or my vase shelf in my bedroom. It would look nice on either one. Being able to schedule the unit to turn on has been a game changer. I like the night mode, especially since the screen turns off and it slowly tapers off how cool it is. It did startle us the first night because it makes a bit of a noise compared to a larger unit we have when on auto mode. The louver or where the air discharges moves up and down if you'd like and being able to have it close when the unit is off is nice. It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting.
