I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. The coffee tastes great and the overall functionality is honestly brilliant. For the most part I like these pieces. The only problem I am having is getting the charger to work. Also I haven't figured out how to activate the biometric lock for the top drawer. This sofa is quite deep and long, but managed to arrive in only four boxes. Assembly wasn't difficult, but I'd have at least two people doing it. I would call the color white and not beige as described. The shrink-wrapped cushions were very wrinkled and even after steaming them I was unable to remove all of the wrinkles. I'm hoping time will take care of it. I do like the fabric, which is a cozy chenille. The four small cushions along the back are very thin and impractical. The sofa is comfortable, but not luxurious. The console in the center has very unique features, especially the removable humidifier/fireplace/aromatherapy unit. The lighting is fun and the cup holders are a must! I’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one standouts for sure. It surprisingly cleans all the way to the corners which I love the most.
