We worked with the plumber and electrician together during the rough-in phase to 1) install an electrical outlet for the motor in the closet adjacent to the tub, and 2) run conduit under the floor between the closet and the tub. Everything is elegantly hidden from view, and the blower motor is easy to access if necessary. The tub deck is blank so it can be drilled for your customized faucet choices. Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great.
