I ordered the anvil May 27 2025. Wayfair said it shipped May 30. Never arrived. Called Customer Srvice (he couldnt have been nicer). Customer Service escalated the order. Turns out it was lost in transit. A replacement was organized and shipped June26 (now a month has passed). On July 10 the anvil arrives. The container had obviously been opened and poorly reclosed (screws were stripped out). The anvil is fine (I expected to need to dress the edges, etc.), but the anvil face is deeply scratched and shows rust. For some reason there was an IV Starter kit in the container)! Still trying to wrap my head around that one. I havent decided whether to send it back yet. I will take a closer look at the anvil face and see if it is salvageable. Do not recommend. Thomas C.. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
