This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. Our contractor vented it outside the house. He had to put some trim at the top to cover the holes, but it looks great! we have had the PTS9000SNSS oven now for a couple of months. So far it has been doing a great job cooking in all modes including convection. It has a nice connectivity. This is a stunning appliance, very sleek looking when installed. A design feature that I really like is the single control panel that governs both units.
