The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. If I could change anything, it would be to make it more easy to work friendly. My pans do not come clean, the food is off but the stain rings are on sides and bottom. The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Be sure to measure carefully before purchasing. Despite the minor dent and handle assembly issue, I am very pleased with the refrigerator's performance and would recommend it.. Chynell. Norfolk, VA. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. I've had a Bosch microwave that connects to my oven for 12 years. It quit working and it took me a year to find out how to get it replaced.
