This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love everything about it , nothing that I Do not like except the price but you get what you pay for, I paired it up with the pro base which increase the comfort with a lumbar support , mZ vibration and Bluetooth speaker you can pay white noise through and fall a sleep faster. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We cook A LOT, and we're a longtime Bosch family, and even though it's taking some getting used to cooking on induction vs. open flame, in general we're loving this appliance because it fits our limited available space, it's very intuitive to use, and it's super-easy to clean! On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate.
