I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I live on a farm, and the brown leather and generous sizing should stand up to dirty jeans and big guys. Im giving this chair 5 stars because of the features. I purchased two of these chairs in beige. However, this is a very firm chair and I was hoping for more cushion in the seat area. I suffer from pain in my tailbone and unfortunately this chair doesnt help that. I do love all the added features of this chair and inspite of the firmness I would still recommend it if you arent bothered by pain. The fact you can raise just your feet and the back is separately adjustable is gold. Its very hard to find a chair with all the quality features this one has. The color is very pretty and as shown. The delivery went well, I was able to catch the Fed ex delivery person when they pulled in and got them to bring them to the door, otherwise they would have left them outside. Wayfair keeps you notified when delivery should arrive so just be on the lookout for them so they dont just leave them wherever. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! I had back surgery 18 years ago- which lead to me getting our first electric recliner and this one is 10Xs better than my old one! My back and body are very happy!!!
