The only thing I would change is the placement of the power cord; I wish it were located on the bottom of the unit rather than the side. Also, while there appear to be three vents on the unit, the heat only comes from the center vent, but it's robust. I also chose to purchase the extended warranty for added peace of mind. We opened the box and realized I didn't read the description well enough ( not Wayfair's fault). I just didn't realize this faucet is very "tall". I had to return bc it didn't fit our space. Therefore, I can't comment about functionality (since we didn't install), but I can tell you it is beatiful and looks just like the picture. The new diamond seal is supposed to prevent leaks for many years! The magnet to hold the sprayer on feels very tight and secure. (My old sprayer never stayed hooked up and would dangle annoyingly). I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace.
