I also didn't want a metal box spring because metal attracts EMFs, and although at an extremely low amount I still am not a comfortable with metal box springs. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The box looks like it should be good quality, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and while they offered a 20 discount, I asked for a bit more since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, buying another one, and waiting again for shipping. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. I received an email from Wayfair saying they are going to credit back to my original payment method, which I appreciate. I already finished building the box spring and, as I mentioned before, it does look like good quality overall. I really hope I won’t have any problems with it later on. Just what I needed. I found it hard to find boxsprings that you don't have to assemble! I did NOT want to have to assemble them. These are good because they ship in two not-too-large boxes. I was able to handle them myself without help. You simply unpack, unfold it, and put it on the bed. No assembly required.
