I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
