This is a beautiful hood, at a great price. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. I bought the vent kit for the convertible vent hood in December 2022. My kitchen renovation is not finished yet, so I don’t have a review on the good or bad features. I wanted to have a recirculating system so my contractor didn’t have to cut a hole in my wall. This seems like a great option. The reason why I said it was pricey is the vent hood cost $900 +/-.
