I almost didn’t buy them because of the schematic dimensions. I even called to confirm dimensions and the rep was obviously looking at the same thing. Schematic indicates 20” high 6” seat. Which would make the chair rise 26” under my 27” table apron. The true dimension from floor to top of seat is 19” - which is perfect for my table. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. These chairs are so beautiful! The wings are distinctive as well as the linen/ burlap fabric combination. The height is quite comfortable, an important consideration for an older adult such as myself. The width of the chair is perfect- not too wide or too small. I love that it came with a lumbar pillow. The style of the legs and wooden frame are so French looking! I have been looking for quite some time to get chairs for my library area and these are perfect. The chairs are quite firm and the seat allows you to sit up ( something that I prefer as compared to seats so deep you’re really lying down). I echo the other reviews, this chair is so pretty and the blush is subtle and lovely. The pillow arrived with a split zipper but I was able to fix it with some pliers.
