Looks nice, BUT, in the installation kit, there is a requirement to cut the SS Inlet tube and sand it down with sandpaper. This requires a tool to cut steel. This is not listed anywhere in the instructions, leaving my plumber dumbfounded. Once we reached trouble shooting on the phone (after a long wait), we were sent pictures of the necessary cutting. This seems like something that should be handled on your end--why wouldn't you cut this piece before including in the set and why don't you include any explanation of this in the directions? Also, you included the wrong water hoses, so we needed to go to the hardware store and purchase new hoses. All of this required extra labor, two visits, thus increasing overall expense.. I ordered the faucet, filter faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser in Antique Gold. I waited until the final piece arrived before writing this review because I wanted to see the full set together. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. The online photos made Antique Gold look much darker, richer, and warmer. In real life, especially in daylight, the finish is much lighter and reads closer to a pale satin brass or warm satin nickel than the deeper antique gold shown online. I tried to verify the finish before ordering, including calling the store, but I could not find the identical items locally to see in person. For such expensive pieces, the finish representation should be much more accurate. The photos are deceiving and do not properly show how light this color looks in normal lighting. I hope the products function well, but from a design standpoint, I am disappointed.
