The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. We bought this tub and had to remodel and customize our space for it because of how our setup was before. I am 54 and 150lbs so this size tub is perfect for me. My husband however, is 6 and 240lbs and he fits very snug in here. We wanted this tub mostly for him because of his aggressive job stress on his body, but it is a bit too snug for him. He did sit in it for a bit, but just wanted to clarify that it is pretty narrow for a muscular bulky guy. It is very lightweight so we need to be very careful when we get out so we dont tilt it over. The faucets have great pressure and so do the jets. If I could change any thing it would be for it to be a bit quieter and for them to offer the faucets in other colors.
