Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. The shower system is still performing well multiple years after installation. It’s great to have the ability to use one hand to quickly switch between the shower modes and to use the hand held spray. Terrible. I installed it outdoors ,and in no time it was completely Rusty and Moldy. It’s has only being installed for several weeks and it looks like it is 100 years old . I don’t see how this can be designed for outdoors, it seems like it is not equipped to handle the outdoor weather. I called Wayfair, they told me that being that It was past the time that they allow and there was nothing they could really do for me aside for giveing me the contact info to manufacture.
