This is another very useful size and shape. I keep a variety of different types of rice on hand and this size is perfect for storing them. I have the diffuser installed, but the rice doesn't seem to be drawn up towards the vacuum, so probably not necessary for this type of food product. The small size was smaller than I had thought. The large was way larger. I should have read the information better but got confused on the site as to what I ordered . First I thought I was ordering a small, medium and a large not 2 small and a large. The sizes ended up being not all that useful to me. I did get a medium as a gift and that was way more usable. This is the one for flour, sugar, rice, etc. Holds a good amount and is very sturdy. Same quality as other products in the line. Takes up space, so some other sizes may be more practical than this one. I was able to convert to some smaller sizes and free up space in the pantry by not using as many of this size; only when they were the truly right size. These are small as described and probably only practical for storing spices. Overall, they are the same quality as the rest of the product line and have similar accessory utility to them. Unless you have a difficult time storing your spices or you purchase the flat packs of spices, I would start out with 1 or 2 sets and give them a try to see if they are worth the investment to convert all your spices over to these units. You will have to label them and Zwilling does have an app with their system labels that will record what you have in your stock.
