It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. We installed this patio pergola over our concrete slab and it completely changed the feel of the backyard. The frame feels sturdy once anchored down and the size is perfect for a table and grill area. It provides just enough shade to make sitting outside comfortable while still letting in natural light, which we really like. Assembly took some time but the instructions were clear and all the parts lined up correctly. After installation it looks very clean and modern against the house — neighbors even asked where we bought it. It’s been through wind and sun already and everything still feels solid.
