Does well on my medium to highish pile carpet considering my sons gaming chair weighs 50# without him setting in it. I wish this wasn’t so pricey but I’m happy with what I got, so I can’t complain. The chair mat arrived on time, well packaged. I let it rest a few days indoors to reach ambient temperature, then started to unwrap it and let it rest a few more days to start to loosen up. Finally was able to get it to unroll enough to get it flattened out and put weight on all corners plus in the center. After unrolling it, realized that Wayfair had sent me a mat with a lip.
