The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

This Y-latch is just what I was looking for, it is a little bigger then i needed, but it won't work with my gate. the space between the gate and the post is too small. I think you need at least 2in. But I purchased them because I didn't want to screw the door glide into my new hardwood floor and these go into the baseboard. It is made with a rounded top for easy vehicle passing, eliminates noise and reduces friction on the tires of passing vehicles. Anchor bolts are included.

This does what I expected and is very sturdy. We choose this track because it has the built in holes for the screws. However, the gate kind of bumps on the bolt heads which slightly protrude from the track - they’re not flush.
