The outdoor acacia chairs were packed very well and arrived undamaged. The instructions were minimal. The wood is soft and scratches easily, which would not be a problem if all the bolts went in easily, which they did not. The last two bolts on each chair required hammering on the inner supports to get them to align. The chairs are really nice and very comfortable as dining chairs.
