Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. These were much larger in real life than I was expecting but seemed the right size once installed. They came with decent instructions but pictures only so takes a little to figure out. They came with rubber stripes to put between pieces but they dont make a tight seal so I bought 12 backer strips to add between the frame and plexiglass for a tight seal.
