Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. I love this! I have a contemporary master bathroom that doesn't have a lot of ventilation, ad a wonderful pool/spa with wet towels and bathing suits, that gives you a need for a heated towel rack that dries 'em. This does that. I agree with other posters that having more space between the bars would have been nice, maybe the top bar with a 6" spread. BUT it looks gorgeous! This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. We have very little wall space in our Masterbath. This is exactly what we needed. It takes up minimum space and swivels in 2 directions. Although, I don't think we will swivel it too much.
