This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable.
