I’m giving this four stars. That’s due to the poor documentation that comes to the lamp. It was only after I went back and looked at the reviews that I realized you have to leave the lamp plugged in for an hour or so. Also having extra batteries on hand is helpful. Just opened box, definitely much higher quality than I expected. Charging for first time,it suggests for max battery and life to charge for 8 hours before first use so I haven’t seen on yet but its illuminated red at the bottom where it’s plugged in which is bright so I can only imagine the beauty of its glow when I can turn it on. Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult.
