The fixtures have aluminum wiring and my light boxes have copper, but I do not think it is a problem since they are indoors. The picture does not do the lighting justice! It looks really nice. I wasn't sure if the pendants would provide the lighting needed but decided to give them a try. The quality and design for the price are good. They were easy to install where there already was wiring for pendants and took about 20 minutes. The 2nd picture shows the ring for adjusting the length. The 3rd picture is how they are packaged in the box which was surprising as the box was smaller than I expected. The instructions are adequate. Since 3 came to the set, 2 were hung in the kitchen and the 3rd is in the foyer. The amount of light they provide, especially at night is perfect for the kitchen and even provides some light to an adjacent room. Great product for the price. The LEDs make it easy to change colors. Easy to install. This is the 10" and we could have gone a little bigger for the space. Had we gone with the 13" we wouldn't have to touch up paint around it, but I also like that they aren't that noticeable and something bigger might have been too obtrusive as this is just a small rectangle between multiple rooms. I haven’t installed these lights yet, but I chose them based on their brightness, design, and positive reviews.
