It’s a lovely loveseat and I’m very happy with the quality and fabric. However, 99% of the reason I ordered this loveseat was because the description said the seat height was 20.5”. I got rid of my last loveseat because it was only 16” off the ground and getting harder and harder to get up from! Nowhere on your site did I see “measurements are approximate” or anything of that nature (did I miss it?). The seat height is actually 18” and I can’t tell you how many other 18” loveseats I passed by – and a lot of them were a lot cheaper – but went with the more expensive one because I wanted that extra seat height! So I’m pretty disappointed by this - not disappointed enough to pay to return it (if that was even an option, which I doubt) but I feel a bit hoodwinked by Wayfair. Just sayin’.. Janet. Boston, MA. I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. I don't like sinking down into things. Plus, I think it will last a long time. I was very happy with Western Peaks Logistics , the delivery company that delivered it. This is GREAT! The kids love it and when the toilet overflowed it saved the day. I just grabbed towels and averted a worse disaster than what I had. (A toilet failed.) Vanity arrived very well packaged. It is much better quality than similarly sized vanities at the big box stores in all of the materials used for construction. No flimsy side or back panels! The soft closed hinges on the doors and rails for the roll-outs and drawers are of excellent quality. The cabinet looks as nice from the inside as it does on the outside. The top shelf is not adjustable it is fixed. Really tall items will not fit in the roll out below, but items shorter than 9.25” will. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble.
