One bar arrived slightly misaligned, but not enough to keep me from installing it. It seems very firmly mounted. The other bar was just a bit easier to mount. I found the set screws just a bit hard to work with; working from the underside can be a challenge with Allen wrenches. With that, the towel bars look fine, feel solid, and are a nice addition to our bathroom. I'm sure this is fallout from the pandemic; they took forever to arrive.
