I almost didn’t purchase due to other reviews saying it had unclear instructions and didn’t fit American tubs, neither is true and I’m so glad I got this! I love this frameless sliding door it’s a modern clean look that gave my bathroom the upgrade it needed. The one thing I didn’t like is that the door is a single slide I would have preferred a double slide but I still love it. The product itself is nice looking but it is quite heavy so it took me quite a bit of planning to get it installed. These are beautiful shower doors (for my bathtub, actually). They are exactly as described. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. However, my tub is quite old and unfortunately the bottom brackets are too wide to be secured into the porcelain rim, and regretfully, I am unable to use these doors.. Marlene. New York, NY. The header comes with a safety T-lock that ensures the unit’s stability. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for the installation of the tub enclosure. To reduce the water they recommend placing the interior panel closest to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended).
