These door knobs are solid and sturdy and worth the extra penny. For some other doors, I tried to save a few bucks and ordered cheaper doorknobs that look the same (but not Emtek brand) and now those knobs literally don’t work. The knob turns and the latch doesn’t move. My guests get trapped in the bathroom! It is ridiculous. So years later I am back to buy a bunch of these $$ Emtek ones to replace the cheaper versions.. Great quality! We installed it ourselves and we arent super handy. However, the easy installation guide didnt work great since our floor isnt perfectly level and it measures up from the floor to place the mounting screws. The doors slid to one side. However, using the guide to mark the first side then attaching the bar and using a level to mark the hole location for the other side worked great. However the doors still slid open a little and my hubby figured out a small piece of tape on the track was enough to keep it in place. We LOVE the doors!. Chad. Fri May 22 2026

Beautiful doors. Looked for a long time to find bi-pass doors that didn't have horizontal handles that would detract from the newly tiled shower Love the roller style. Looks more modern than other slider doors with enclosed track. Doors feel very solid. What was not obvious from the pictures or description is the handles are actually thin pcs of metal that are double side taped to the doors. Barely enough room to get your fingertips on them. If your doors aren't mounted level so they roll properly, you will have a tough time moving them. Won't be conducive to older hands being able to grip them. Additionally, inspect closely before you spend time getting installed. Had several very obvious blemishes in the brushed nickel frame. The marks are black so they stand out.
