Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Love this bidet seat, been waiting to get the right one and wasnt sure i wanted to spend the money on a toilet setup, so this works awesome.
