The vanity arrived in two boxes - one had the sink and the other had the wooden cabinet. There was some damage to the cabinet after we unpacked it - it appeared that it may’ve been dropped on one side during shipping and that created some damage with the pre-hung door rail. I’m handy so repaired it but can see that someone else may have needed to through the hassle of returning the item. No tools were required for assembly and the process wasn’t too difficult (and one-man job, in fact). I did have one problem though - one inset nut was recessed too far for the indicated bolt. Countertop is beautiful. Left off one star for two reasons 1) there are a couple tiny chips on top (lot noticeable, just notice by feeling). 2) The backsplash is NOT included. In the description, it says as much, but in the specs pdf, it is included, so it was quite confusing. We just ordered the backsplash from the same company and hope it matches well. EDIT: Please note that the drain size is NOT standard. We worked with the company who advised getting a 1.5 inch drain (standard is 1.25 in). Great sink love the color. Came in 2 separate boxes but the top sink was cracked but Wayfair is sending replacement already!! This vanity top is absolutely beautiful. However, there is a fine crack right across the top of it. It had been packaged up until my contractor opened it today. My heart is literally broken!! This is not a cheap vanity, and it is very noticeable. I called Customer service, and they ordered me a replacement, but then I received an email that it was canceled. Very beautiful vanity. It was delivered very securely in a box with lots of packaging. To my surprise I didn’t notice a few scratches on one of the doors.  I do plan to reach out to Wayfair to see if the door can be replaced with a new one. The doors and drawers have soft, close features along with an electronic plug-in with USB connection. The unit comes with legs that will need to be screwed on, and no vanity top, which was expected. This is nice quality wood piece, and I am excited to have this installed into my home.  Got vanity installed and I love it! The most challenging part was getting sinks to properly fit when working with a fabrication company. Be sure to purchase standard sized back set sinks.
