Theres something not perfect about the footrest closing and I am still troubleshooting but i have to say that for the money its a sturdy, comfy, pretty chair and i really like it. I bought an open box one and all parts were present, chair was intact and fine in every way. It was not that hard to put together, having a second person helps immensely and use a real screwdriver. We bought this for an area in our LR that was limited on space. It fits perfectly. I love the colors (blue pin stripped). It works perfectly as our “odd chair” as we have an oversized sofa and chair. I am not sure about the durability as we just received it. I am treating it with care when reclining it. Love this recliner and foot stool! The color is the perfect shade of grey and the leather type material is so soft. The chair reclines if you lean back with pressure or by turning the knob underneath the seat. The footstool can be used 2 ways by turning it which is lovely when I need to rest my legs with added support. The chair was packaged so nicely. Each piece was wrapped carefully so there was no messy packaging Styrofoam when the box was opened.
