I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. It is beautiful a well designed outdoor rug suitable for all climates. Unfortunately, right after I placed it in my space, we experienced a tornado followed by a full week of rain, day and night. Lovely colors! Brightens our living room considerably. There's some shedding, but it isn't as bad as I've had with some other wool rugs. It's also not scratchy as I'd feared after reading a review that mentioned that. One loop has come undone, so I trimmed that.
