The 3 drawer dresser showed up completely unusable. I tried to contact support and they are making me go though 500 steps to get a new dresser. The 4 drawer dresser came in with the same problem but my husband fixed the track on the one that was broken but there is no fixing the 3 drawer dresser. The crib was delivered to my neighbors house on a separate day from the rest of the delivery but i’m just hoping they sent me at least one part that isn’t mangled. If you ask me that is a lot of money for broken stuff i could have found at the goodwill. This company needs better return policies and procedures due to a pregnant woman having to completely unboxed the broken dresser just to find a bogus stickers when there should be some sort of record as to which product number I received.. Perfect crib for our nursery. Easy to assemble and the wood is such a pretty color. The dresser is not so great. It has the locking mechanisms so children can't open the drawers but the drawers themselves are so difficult to open. You have to pull the handles at the same time and at the right angle to get it open. I did reach out to customer service after the dresser had been built and the bottom drawer was completely stuck. They were quick to get back and offered to send a new one -- but we would have had to disassemble the whole dresser and send it back in the same box that we did not have anymore.
