Delivery took 6 weeks. Spa arrived crated and in great condition. Delivery guys were very helpful. It’s compatible with 120v240v and after we wired it to my 50 amp disconnect, we realized the tub comes configured for a 120v service. It took a little reconfiguring but we were able to program to 240v. After filling the spa, we noticed water pooling underneath and after inspection found several leaks coming from the led fixtures. Re fastened leds and sealed. No leaks since. Update after 4 weeks of use, the pump stopped working and currently working with manufacturer to source a new pump under the warranty.. Paul. Michigan. This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. I would like to see cupholders built into it in the near future, some seats in the corners seats about 5 inches tall , but other than that it’s perfect, it lights up very well at night the wife and I love it it’s definitely a five star.
