I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. The exterior of the unit is constructed of durable stainless steel, while the interior of the cabinet is crafted insanitary white coated steel paired with a stainless floor plate. This unit is fully insulated with 2 (50 mm)CFC-free polyurethane on both walls and doors. The standard 3-inch (77 mm)polished stainless-steel draft tower dispenser, which is mounted to the top center counter, is cooled by continuous cold air circulation to maintain tap temperature that reduces foam when dispensing and can easily fill pint beer glasses, frosted beer mugs and pitchers. Premium features on this model include a self-contained forced air refrigeration system which cools the base cabinet and tower to optimize temperature throughout your commercial operations. The solid-state digital control system is designed with LED temperature display. This beer tower dispenser is engineered to facilitate maintenance and maneuvering by the operator, with an easy to clean slide-out condensing unit, recessed drawer handles(with locks) and four (4) swivel casters (two of which come with brakes). The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. Using this timer, we did a retrofit to enable our new front porch chandelier to be an automatic dusk to dawn light. It was easy to switch out the existing light switch inside our house with this timer. Although the lettering is quite small, it isn't difficult to program or operate.
