I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I am an Asian and have been living in USA for 25 years .The most drive me crazy is cooking an Asian meal, because I never can find the strong burners for my needs. I ordered this stove few days ago and came two days later. I spent so much time looking for a gas stove with three burners and individual grates because I had 5 burners (I never used 4 or 5 burners at the same time), heavy busy grates make so difficult to bring them to the sink and clean them, But now this one makes my job so easier and I am enjoys cooking more and finishing much faster and cleaning less!
