It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. We are very pleased with the vanity. It seems to be well constructed, is beautiful and will look lovely in our bathroom. The cream top is a bit darker than we anticipated but still worked with our color scheme. We understand marble has color and pattern variations. The only concern we had was the stain on the feet was uneven and blotchy. We spoke with customer service and they were great. They helped us to resolve the situation quickly. The vanity came well packaged and the delivery team did an excellent job of carefully getting the vanity to our room of choice on the second floor. They were professional, punctual and respectful of the merchandise and our home. The entire experience with Wayfair, from ordering to delivery and problem resolution, has been easy and pleasant. TOO beautiful!! Such a great color pop - so much storage and lovely counter top! It’s super heavy as the top doesn’t come off so plan accordingly. Took 4 men to move it up my stairs to the bathroom. This is a very heavy piece but it’s beautiful! There is a lot of storage space under each sink and I personally love all the drawers.
