Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last. Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it.
