I purchased this in eight foot lengths to install all over the house: living room, den, four bedrooms, and hallway. It is beautifully intricate in design and has held up over the years with no cracking or chipping. We painted it a white semi-gloss. My only minor concern is that in the winter it does shrink a bit at the seams, showing gaps. But I think a little white caulk would take care of it. Added plus: we had one wall that was curved. I do like this moulding. I ordered a box of 20 and was surprised to receive a lot of large black spiders and ones that looks like a very large fly, but then crawl like a spider. There were about 15 in total and scary looking. Am thinking perhaps this factory needs some bug service? Did I mention I'm afraid of bugs and this has been quite scary for me?. Darlene. Don’t purchase!!! I had this delivered on 8/27/2023, I had it installed on the same day. 2 weeks later it does not work. The lights don’t turn on and the hood blower does not turn on. I would not expect this from. $2k item. I called wayfair, they say to call zephyr. I called Zephyr, it took a whole week to get someone on the phone. You have the longest hold times. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him.
