The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. This was purchased to use as an art projector and it will serve that purpose very well. It is capable of projecting to very small sizes if needed and that is a plus. Lightweight, wireless capability and simple to use. My only bug bear is the user manual is not quite detailed enough. I wish still photo projection did not default to slideshow mode. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl.
